Construction
Experience, Integrity, and Performance
The best fiber optic network design is only as good as the infrastructure work quality All Sertex projects are built to last. Our self-performing crews and expert supervision manage all aspects of aerial and underground construction from stranding to pulling and lashing fiber.
Our aerial and underground construction crews have the experience and resolve to work in remote areas, rugged terrain, and all-season weather.
Expert fiber optic splicing and testing with certified technicians ensure optimal network performance. Sertex mobile splicing labs and advanced testing equipment empower teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Aerial Fiber
Expert linemen supported by skilled ground teams perform all types of aerial construction, including strand/lash, all-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cables, terminals, and fiber distribution hub installations.
Underground Fiber
Highly trained civil construction crews install underground conduit and attachments for mainline and drop cable installations.
Splicing and Testing
Our fiber techs team is fully trained in splicing, testing, and troubleshooting fiber optic and telecommunications networks, including Long Haul networks, Last Mile Fiber-To-The- Home (FTTX), and specialized Optical Ground Wire (OPGW) fiber systems used in electric utility transmission networks to provide circuit protection for the grid.
