Installing & Activating
Service Connections
Professional and Courteous Service
FTTH service connections are the last step in network construction. Sertex’s skilled technicians install fiber optic drops from the network terminal to service locations with minimal impact on individual properties.
Once drops are completed, Sertex’s extensive team of trained technicians activates internet service connections, including in-home electronics, software activation, and testing. Our proprietary work order system efficiently documents essential information with mobile data entry.
Our skilled technicians routinely go beyond installation—helping homeowners understand Wi-Fi coverage, configuring routers, and guiding first-time fiber users. This commitment bridges the gap between network construction and subscriber experience, reducing delays, truck rolls, and service issues.
