Sertex LLC was formed at the height of the dot-com expansion, recognizing the converging growth of energy and telecommunications. Since then, we have built a strong reputation as trusted fiber optic experts, supporting middle-mile backbones, last-mile FTTH networks, hybrid fiber coax, DAS, small cell wireless, and smart grid fiber infrastructure.
Headquartered in Plainfield, Connecticut, Sertex has expanded its presence in northern New England by opening a regional office in Sidney, ME, and acquiring Trenchworks Inc., a Maine-based telecommunications construction company. Together, these investments add local field crews, specialized equipment, and deep in-state experience to support broadband deployment across Maine and the northern region.
